Training/grooming

Discussion in 'Plant Training' started by Grip&ripper, Mar 27, 2022.

  1. 5 feminized seeds in ffof with trio nutes. Almost 8 weeks from seed.

This is my second set of plants, first set flowering. Just wanted to get some opinions on my training and grooming techniques. I've been researching like crazy but I wanted to get some feed back from the actual plants I'm working with.

Looks way better this time around but still a lot to learn so thanks in advance for looking and your input. 2. good job man

  3. To many secondary branches unless you are growing some giant bushes.

  4. Well I wouldn't say giant. I was planning on keeping them in a 4x4 area but I suppose I could go bigger. Do you have somewhat of a percentage you would get rid of so I can get an idea? And thank you.

  5. I'd trim some lower stems, I always go 30% or less,If plant is growing good .You can remove some upper fan leaves on top too. Looks good!:)

  6. Thank you I'll do that.

  7. So I cleaned out some lower growth and some of the areas that were pretty full. I raised the lights a little bit, a couple of the plants were not liking the intensity. I'm sure it comes with more grows but I still mentally have a hard time bringing myself to cut that much out. So I'm sure I probably need to cut some more out but I wanted to get some more opinions. Thanks for looking. IMG_20220331_071616.jpg IMG_20220331_071603.jpg IMG_20220331_071554.jpg IMG_20220331_071540.jpg IMG_20220331_071531.jpg
