Toxicity, deficiency or just coming to the end?

  1. Hi all, I’m looking for a little help with an auto please.

This auto has been about 55 days since breaking soil. She’s in Bio Bizz light mix with plenty of added perlite, 15 litre tubs , last two feeds have been half strength Bio bizz bloom and cal mag. Feeding twice, water then feeding twice.... 400 HPS light.

The leaves have been yellow for a long time, some are growing purple at the top, they tend to stand up nicely, never so much droopy these days. Some slight clawing or taco maybe? The purple I’m not sure if it could be strain related, unfortunately I’m not sure what the seed is exactly, it’s either, heavyweight fruit punch auto, fast buds Pineapple Express, Dinafem cheese XXL or heavy weight wipeout express.

Any help would be appreciated, is this something I should try to fix or should I just carry on for a couple of weeks then start to flush?

  2. Nothing to worry about so close to harvest, some sick buds. Maybe a week? Could be ready now, can't see the trichromes from here.

  3. Nothing to worry about. Good looking plant! Looks like you'll get a good yield.. hard to tell if shes done by your pics but shes gotta be getting close. Probably wont need any more than 65 days total.. and flushing is a myth.. it only removes from the soil, not the roots...

Here's a good read about flushing..

Flushing: The Myth that won't Die

Here's an important quote from that thread aswell

The taste can't change, nothing that has gone into a plant can be removed. Flushing to remove salt build up is a different kettle of fish and its value is questionable also. Best bet is to re-pot or start over often. Flush to remove salts screws up ph, needed nutrients get washed away along with the built up salts. Then you shock the plant yet again re-introducing nutrients.

  4. Completely normal. Around the end of flower they'll take the sugars stored in leaves and use them for bud growth. It just means you're almost there. I agree with maybe another week, from the looks of things.

  5. Thanks all for the reassurance, I’ve got another that is not far off too, I’ll post a picture next time I can get her out, I think she is the cheese XXL.

Does anyone know from looking at the photos I’ve posted which strain it might be out of the ones I’ve mentioned?

  8. IMO looks like neat small Fastbuds plant structure. My blackberry looks similar also from fastbuds.

  9. I looked online previously and thought it looked similar to the pineapple express, that’s by fast buds.

    Hopefully it’s the Pineapple Express!
