Just wondering, for those of you who know for sure... is a standard Townhouse rental more like a house or an apartment? A house is total security on my belongings... an apartment means they come in for routine maintenances, spur of the moment checks, this or that. Is it the case of house, or apartment, for townhouses?
Most townhouse complexes won't just barge in on you, they'll give you warning if they have to come in for anything, with usually isn't the case. When I lived in a complex they only dealt with the grounds and anything that had to do with the outside appearance or structure.
the town house people can't come into your house like the land lord can, you own a town house (or someone does).
I live in a townhome and they give notices for insect guy and anykind of maintenance. But they don't go snooping around or anything.
dont worry your fine they wont come in without letting you know we owned a very nice townhome no one ever came in or bothered us AT ALL
