Why? If there is some reason to touch them it's OK to do so lightly, but if you just have the urge to stroke and squeeze them don't.
Nice looking colas, it will be a great smoke I guess it is ok to touch them as long as you don't squeeze them and your hands are very clean. But keep in mind that you might harm them, just as it happens when people "feel" fruits at the grocery store to see if they are ripe.
try to avoid touching, every time you do triches get moshed. Unless you have to: as in checking the triches,tying off, ...blah blah blah. You get the idea!
