Hey guys, I'm almost a week into flower and my plants are getting a bit tall for their box. I need to top them but I've read they can be topped after 3rd node but I wasn't sure if there was a limit. I'm going to need to top them from the 8th or 9th node at this point. Just playin it safe...let me know so I can do this...or not thanks
The more bud you chop off the more yeild you will lose in the end But if you have to do it your have to do it, no point in burning your plants on the lights,
They aren't showing preflowers yet. One of them MIGHT be but it's so tiny and i have no magnifying lens to check it with. I have a piece of tempered glass between the bulb and the grow area; is it okay to let them smush up against it as long as they dont burn?
You can let them smoosh but you might get bud rot where they are touching, plus you'd be surprised that you will still get burning, just get some lowryder seeds, and you won't have this problem, you'll want to unless this is the only time you are going to have this problem is now.
