Top of my colas arent budding?(FIRST GROW)

    My plants in between 3 and 4 weeks of flowering not really sure. my buds are fat all oer except the very top buds on the tips of the colas? not eve bud formation, still looks like pre flowers. im 100% sure no lights leaks, outside grow. are they going to bud? cause aqll the other parts r budding fine just the tip top buds of my brances. on my colas. thanks

    Could it be lack of nutrients, is it a sativa ? in my experience some sativa's i have grown have had really small buds at the top and fat buds down the main stem

    umm well y problem is that the tops arent even buds yet still pre flowers
