brushed my teeth a second ago and before spitting i got some water in my mouth, then swished around and gargled, then spitting. easy mouthwash? anyone else ever try or do this..?

Rinse out your mouth with water after brushing your teeth? Yeh. I'm pretty sure you're the only one who's ever done it. lol. Seriously though, is there some other way of doing it? Brush and then blow your mouth out with an air hose? Wipe out your mouth with a paper towel?
Uh or just do like I do and just spit.... I personally dont rinse after brushing just spit the excess out.
Man I’ve been so broke I brushed without toothpaste. Technically the toothpaste doesn’t do anything but provide fluoride to the teeth. And make your mouth taste less gross. The brushing is what removed the plaque so I was like shit why not. Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
