Too much light!... Need help!

Discussion in 'Sick Plants and Problems' started by od5793, Jun 25, 2017.

  1. I'm in the 7th week of flower and accidentally switched the timer to constantly on and my plants have been getting constant light for a week straight! I'm really hoping I didn't ruin my crop. Does anyone have any advice on what to do at this point? The buds look fine, and the only thing I can see wrong is that some of the leaves have light burn. I'm really hoping the plants will be ok by just putting them back on the 12/12 schedule...

  2. Major STRESS..Watch out for Hermies...
Their internal clock is probably very messed up, but you have little choice except to continue 12/12 and hope for the best..Watch out for naners!!!

  3. Damn dude, 7 weeks in? You caused major stress. She might hermie on you.

Look out for nanners and put it back on 12/12 and pray to the weed gods

  4. I'm praying! That was the WORST feeling when I realized what I'd done. I usually don't check on it during the dark period so I didn't realize it happened.

  5. If it does hermie, will the bud still be smokable just not as potent? Or would it be a complete waste?

  6. You will just have to play it by ear! Sometimes you can just pick off some bananas, but sometimes the Herm is severe...If only a few, bud will be smoke-able for sure..more..who knows..Back in the day, we used to smoke dirt weed with tons of seeds (wish I had some of them now..LOL)
BTW: Dutch Masters used to make something called Reverse, that would actually kill just the male stuff. It was replaced with another product with a different name..Never tried it, but WTF..why not!!
