i got 28 plants in palnt in a 4x4 space , they are 1 1/2 -2 months old , i notice that the large ones are getting larger but the small ones aint growing and if they are growing they have very little branches . if it because they are fighting for light? i removed all the large ones & left 15 smaller plants they seem to have room at the moment . do you think they will start growing more & new branches & leaves ? now that they have more leaves. also im useing a 400 watt hps on a 4x4 tray any info can help
PLants need space between them, You could grow only 4-6 plants and because they have space and light and air, you probably will get a larger end yield off 4-6 really good plants rather than 28 shit plants. 28 plants in a 4x4 space is stupid.
put them in 12-12 to see sex and get rid of males and then choose the strongest females to be you 4 plants,i also have a 400 hps and id say 3 plants to flower under to get best light penetration but you could prob do 4 if you turn the pots everyday---unless you have all clones then id say keep a bunch in veg under floro until you can plant outside,and maybe make a cycle so that u can keep budding them while you let the sun give the light--peace
