I seem to get alot of wierd coincidences happen in my life, like really menial things but it still freaks me out. A strange example from a few days ago: I was on the GQ website (a website i have NEVER been on before) and as im browsing i switch the TV channel. Its a comedy panel show and the comedian on screen told a joke that ended with " its like if you take the G from the start of that word and the Q from the start of the other..." and the joke had nothing to do with GQ magazine either! Now, i know how small and insignificant that sounds but i get these little moments happening all the time! Another is singing a song i havent heard for months/years, and then playing the radio and heaing that same song. Discuss blades!
Things seem to occur around me as well, meeting certain people who think certain ways and end up teaching me lessons. Things should seem to occur around you if you are having a subjective experience.
Life in general is a set of continuous coincidences, and you can read anything you want into it, but in the end it all means nothing. By that, I mean that everything you've ever done has hit at that exact moment, as you were doing it, and it was like destiny, yet it's really just a bunch of particles coming into place in ways that they were designed to randomly. Every stage of my life has been a new path that I never would have taken if not for the previous stages that built up to those crucial moments of making life-changing decisions. etc. But that doesn't mean it was destined to happen by some universal fate entity, karma, god, or stuff like that. Stuff just happens. Incredibly unlikely things happen every day. That's just because we do so many things every day and see so many things, millions of things actually, that a few things once in a while are bound to happen that seem "miraculous." That doesn't mean they are; we are just humans having an experience and reading too much into things since we are bad at mentally judging probabilities.
I love when this happens. It's random and when it happens it makes me stop in my tracks for a moment and go, "Woah!!" Then it's like nothing happened. I love watching a baseball game with my dad or something and I say, "They should probably walk that hitter, he's dangerous" and then the announcer on TV says the exact same thing! Then I look at my dad and he looks at me and we laugh.
