Too cold, or low phosphorus?

Discussion in 'Growing Marijuana Indoors' started by TheLostOne42, Nov 29, 2021.

  1. I feel like I'm more behind than i should be at 25 days... temps in the tent hit mid 60's at night and 75 during day. 50% Rh. I am also running Dr.Earth Flower Girl, as my main bloom. I just topped dress some more and ordered a PK nute Flower Fuel. I have been running organic the whole way but if i need to boost my PK, ill supplement synthetic. Stems and tips of some Leave are turning dark purple. Maybe I'm fine, and just over thinking. Frost is starting to appear and a subtle odor. Comparing to some photos and YouTube. I feel behind at 25 days. Any ideas? 20211128_205937.jpg 20211128_205921.jpg 20211128_205954.jpg 20211128_205713.jpg 20211128_205828.jpg 20211128_205822.jpg

  2. low temps result in mg def which shows up as purple stalks. either that or you just starting to show a mg def.
can cure using epsom salts. or maybe increase the heat.
    25 days what?

  3. 25 days in to flower, so i should just hit some cal mag and see? Winter right now and I'm doing the best i can with the temp at night.

  4. you can buy another light, would heat it up some, but at nights, if its cold, i use a real small space heater (on a temp control).
yea, hit it with calmag, should help, but if its too cold...

  5. also, do you mean 25 days since you flipped? because I don't consider that flower. I consider the first day of seeing flower 'flower', which is ~14 days after I switch to 12/12, which means you would be at day eleven.

  6. Get the oil heated radiator - way more efficient - can get at Walmart/on line for $50

  7. I run mine about 62f in the winter at night . I do not have this issue . Hope that helps .
As long as there over 55f . lower will shock them .

  8. Yes sir, since 12/12 flip. So i guess im on like day 18 or so. I just ordered a small space heater to cuddle them at night. First grow, now i know to run the light schedule at night next winter.

  9. That makes me feel better lol, they are growing and getting trichomes. So im going to belive that it's genetics.

  10. Can easily just leave the light off for 24 hrs and have it come on during the day light hours .. I found it Easier to have lights in at night (helps give extra heat during coldest part of the 24 hrs)

  11. I'll definitely do that, cheaper than running another unnecessary 700w. Thanks
