you should be just ok 50cm is about 19.5 inches 2 weeks in transition most of the stretch will be done week 3 it slows drastically of course if you got a sativa dom expect the stretch to last 3-4 weeks if your using hps 18 inches is good distance you can always bend her back she looks great

Depending on the strain, you can cut some big leafs. I just harvested bubba kush using this method. Definitely not saying to removal all lower growth. But once again, user and strain preferences. You able to raise the light?
