Tolerance breaks?

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by kaieousness, Nov 21, 2011.

  1. Who should be taking them and for how long? How often do you have to smoke, and for how long, for this to be necessary...? If I've been smoking 2-3 times a week for 3 months, do I have to take one? What about every day for a month?

It's hard to tell if it takes a lot of weed to get high because I'm definitely high before I finish smoking.

  2. 2-3 times a week is totally blessed mate, if I could cut down my weed useage to that amount then I'd be absolutely laughing. Try smoking an eigth a day for years on end... then you'll see what it's like to NEED a tolerance break.

  3. I don't really think you need a tolerance break unless you're smoking multiple times per day and require multiple bowls/joints in each session to get high.

I've been smoking daily for a while now but I only really smoke at night so that's how I keep my tolerance at a good, steady level.

  5. Probation has been my tolerance break. I get off jan.20th.
Fuckkkkk the system boys, it sucks. Don't risk getting caught even the littlest bit. You will regret it ! Life with no bud , i cant say its horrible, but its not as enhanced if you get what im saying. Especially with people smoking around you 24/7. Ive been drinking but man the second i get off, i dont even wanna see a drop of alcohol ever again.
    Ftw smoke maryjane <3

  6. Taking a small tolerance break starting tomorrow, then ill smoke on Friday. Wish me luck. I better not break it like I always do

  7. I'm not going to smoke until 2012, going on a roadtrip then and have plans to finish off an Oz, so my tolerance will be very low by then

  8. I'll take a break when I'm dead.

  9. If your only smoking 2-3 times a week, you definitely don't need a tolerance break. Wouldn't do much if anything for you.

  10. Thanks, guys. I've started smoking every day, so I was wondering how quickly that'd effect my tolerance but it seems the consensus is multiple times a day for a while :) Good! I was worried because my tolerance is definitely higher than my boyfriend's, probably twice as much, and he smokes <1/week. But me no want to take a break :D

  11. Thanks for clearing up what tbreak stood for. I honestly never understood what the t was for until now.

  12. the only way you are going to really make a difference in your tollerance is if you quit smoking for 4 solid days, not taking little baby hits either, thats how long it takes to get out of your blood system, but it takes 30 to get out of your body completly. so really if you only smoking 2-3 times a week you really woulnt need a break?

  13. Before I took mine, I smoked all day everyday. I seriously only took 3 days off and it's way more powerful. These sativas got me a little paranoid.
