Tolerance Break

  1. Although I would consider myself a seasoned toker, I am not an expert on how my body works. I have been smoking a gram a day for a couple months now, and have been smoking (less) daily for a couple of years. Off of about .6 some dank I usually have about an hour of chill-ness and it is pretty much a rapid decline and I am burnt out in about 2.5 hours. I have decided that it's time for a t-break, but alas, (due to the amount of free time I have next week) I am only going for 1 week. 3 things I know to remove THC from your sytem are antioxidants, sweating and time. My question for the blades is: Will 1 week of detox, exercise and cold turkey be enough for me to get completely obliterated again? (Untill the tolerance rebuilds)
