Tolerance break help! Any advice??

    I have been on a tolerance break for a week now and I stumbled across a bowl of weed in my room that I didn't know I had and now I am tempted to smoke. My question is if I smoke just one bowl and not smoke until my break is over which will be feb 1 will it fuck the break up?
