Tolerance break for how long?

Discussion in 'Marijuana Consumption Q&A' started by jsnyds, Feb 11, 2015.

  1. So i've been smoking for about two years now and for the past couple of months I just havent been feeling that high, I mean I still feel high but not as high as I used to and I usally smoke about every other day or more, so now i'm going on a tolerance break but I dont know how long to break until my tolerance goes back down??

  2. I would say a good 2 weeks to a month for a tbreak. If you start exercising regularly you can shorten your tbreaks and still get the same effect.

  3. 2 years is kinda low to have gotten a strong mental tolerance. It shouldnt take more than a week for you to lose it enough for it to make a diffrence I think. Really depends on alot of factors including your height and weight.

  4. Yea do at least 2 weeks with exercise and plenty of water consumption. Next time you smoke, eat a mango beforehand!
