    a lung is made by sealing a plastic bag onto the top half of a 2 liter, then pushing the bag up into the top removing all air from the bag.
    you have the bowl portion made into the cap of the two liter, then you light, pull the bag out, bringing the smoke into the bag, then unscrew and hit.

    A lung is a waterless waterfall bong. Usually it's a 2L soda bottle cut off at the end and a piece of thin rubber/plastic taped around the bottom. As you light the bowl, you pull down on the plastic part and it creates a vacuum inside.
