so ive been looking around on ebay to see if i could get cheap lights and ive been seeing these cool tubes. ive heard people on the forums talking about them but i have yet to see someone use them in a grow. i may not be looking hard enough but whatever. does anyone know if these are a good option for growing?
they are great in the way they keep your growroom cool, but i hear the "footprint" sucks big time. they greatly reduce the surface area your light will cover. i'd just opt for an air-cooled reflector imho.
