I'm certainly no expert. I'm on my first grow. But I have done some serious reading on this and other forums. From everything I have gathered I would say do not trim any leaves. The leaves are what gathers the energy to make BIG BUDS. Only if a leaf is looking really yellow then I would snip it off.

Looking at your setup I would suggest to build a reflector for your top lights and get some more lights hitting the sides of the plants. That way those leaves on the bottom can get some light on them.

Best of Luck, can't wait to see how it turns out!

  3. Yea, cutting fan leaves is a no no, unless its yellow and turning brown and u kno its gona die, snip it from the trunk of the tree. The fan leaves is like the lugs of ur plants, its where they "breath" the most from. And for the light problem, pick up some mylar, excent product, never had a problem wit it and some brands reflect 95% of the light back to the plants for the leaves and flowers on the lower part. Good luck.

  4. i wish i could do a reflecter but i dont have the vertical room to do so ive thought about side light but again i dont have the space that i wish i had.as the taco bell dog said about godzilla"i think i need a bigger box:)" next year im gonna do a wardrobe setup but thats next year.thanx for the thoughts man.any other ideas out there im all eyes an ears.
