Hey blades, I currently live in New York and I had a couple questions. When your state passed the bills for medical use, did anything change? Did you start noticing more bud around? Better strains? Lower/higher prices? Also, does the punishment for possession lessen once it's medical? Either way I'm hoping NY legalizes medical use soon. I'm just curious.
NJ looks very promising to mmj legalization. Corzine (sp) said he'd pass a mmj bill, so that is a good sign. I'm not so sure about NY, but PA had a bill submitted a little while ago for mmj. No real development has been seen yet, but is getting closer to vote every day.
I hate to say this, but I think you're fucked in NY as I think the leglisature is going to let the current bill stall out, and will have to be re-submitted in January 2010. I'm not sure about PA. I read some of the NJ bill...pretty strict.
