Im french and this is obviously an english girl but i think she meant like: "Smoke, eat spagetthi, and if you want hug?<3" Something along these lines maybe its an invitation lol
You do have to consider that english and french grammar are very different, people just substitute the words in the sentence, thats why it doesn't make sense. That being said I have no fucking idea what she means
