So, my company offered me a lead position a couple months ago now, and one of my buddies whose also a lead wants me to be one too. Since I'm one of the few people he can trust. There's usually 4 leads plus the night manager during my shift. It's $2 or $2.50 dollars extra an hour currently at 10. But, I don't really care for all the ot that I'd have to put up with, because I'm still going to school part-time. I guess the money would be nice though haha any thoughts? Is having lead experience valuable?
