You would have to speak to your lawyer, but that is a pretty shitty reason to sue someone. Also, if you were a wee lad, they wouldn't need your consent but your parent's consent, so you should ask your parents if they remember consenting to it.

 

I'm pretty sure there's a statute of limitations on shit like this.

My guess would be "no"

 

Take it to a lawyer and if they think you have a legit shot of winning they'll do if for you. Because they don't want to waste time on a bullshit case they know they'll lose lol.

You don't need money for a lawyer, just do it where the lawyer makes a % of what you win. If he thinks you could win, he'll take the case. If not he'll say sorry you won't win I'm not gunna do it. Easy peasy

the somewhat fucked up legal system that is in place says possible. Would have to consult someone who actually studied law, not a case worth pur-sue-ing but i understand your curiosity and if you were in desperate need of money (not for weed) then i could see why you would want to.

 

you can sue anyone for anything as long as you are suing for something worth more than $20. Don't be the asshole who looks for people to sue. This one chick I know is suing my friend saying she got a head injury in a small car crash he had and no-one else was hurt. Bullshit!

If she screwed your teeth up and removed the wrong tooth resulting in pain, discomfort, or difficulty eating/chewing, I don't see why you couldnt sue, and why wouldn't you? SHE screwed up your mouth. Why anyone else thinks this is a lawsuit that is about money or that you're wrong for considering it should walk in your shoes before they judge you IMO.

 

My sister went to the dentist when she was 12. They got her mixed up with another girl and ended up pulling four of my sisters teeth out when they weren't supposed to, and the girl she got mixed up with just walked out with a cleaning.

My mom wanted to sue, but all the lawyers she talked to said there isn't much money in dental lawsuits, don't know why.
