  1. I would like to know what is needed to get mmj in Michigan. Does one have to have a specific condition or are the guidelines wider?

    And if i do qualify how do i approach and ask my doctor about obtaining mmj legally. Can i be honest about my illegal use, because i do use marijuana regularly illegally, and i do not want that to stop me from getting it legally.

  2. Well you would need to have a qualifying condition or under the written law;

  3. Conditions that qualify you are listed on this website. Michigan | The Hemp and Cannabis Foundation, THCF Medical Clinics, THC Foundation, THC Michigan Clinic, THC Foundation Michigan, Michigan Medical Marijuana Doctors, Medical Marijuana Referrals, Michigan Medical Marijuana Clinics, Michigan Medical Mar

    Some conditions not listed will also qualify you.

    You have to have records of at least 3 visits with a doctor indicating your qualifying condition. Your doctor does not need to know about your cannabis use.
    Then, you go to a pot doc who specifically deals with this and show him or her your records, and yes you should tell him or her that you use cannabis and it helps alleviate your pain. You can find the pot doc on that website listed above(thcf). GoodLuck
