to legalize or not to legalize...

  1. is it really worth it to legalize all together, since it has become illegal to smoke weed america created a market for this drug going from just growing it to 5 dollars for a joint to 10, and with higher thc levels even more, while increasing the crime rate due to the amount of money being made. As far as i see there really is no control at a street level with this "drug" so now it may be time to legalize, legalizing would cut crime due to the weed trade down because it would be so obtainable, (you dont see wallmart employees shooting up target cause the have toothpaste 25 cents cheaper) so in the same sence once legalized should cut crime also making no need to deal with dealers of such other hardcore drugs, with taxing the gov can get get a piece of this "pie" , which will generate jobs in all aspects from cultivation to selling it at shops all done in the usa. there are alot worse things then smoking a joint and eating alot more then you would normally and we have to realize it! americans have created this plant into a cash crop the generates billions of dollars from a single seed and it is time we take control of this market once and for all. it is a new time and this underground culture has to become mainstream completely

  2. I really believe we are making a big mistake by pushing for legalization.

    De-criminalize. It's a much smaller step.

I can make the exception for Cali but, for the rest of us.............. de-criminalize.

  3. Simple decriminalization doesn't solve the issue of growing/distributing it being illegal, right?

Let me know if I'm wrong.

Personally I'm not as worried about getting caught smoking as I am growing, and potentially selling.

  4. I def agree with you my friend.

  5. I see your point but it will not likely be legal in Texas in my lifetime. Yet, we could de-criminalize here and I could vape again, freely and w/0 fear.

    :hello:

Wake up. It`s not all California everywhere.

  6. LEGALIZE it, not decriminalize it. I don't give a fuck if it's taxed or not. I think it's pretty selfish of people to complain about legalization because then it will be regulated or controlled or whatnot, when most of the people in the country don't have safe access to the stuff in the first place.

  7. I'm for legalizing in California but it takes a time and place to legalize here. De-criminalize while we wait, please, is all I'm saying.

    One step at a time.

You people are starting to sound brainwashed. Give other people a chance

ANd who said I was complaining, B?
