To fight, or not to fight, this ticket

Discussion in 'General' started by Iowa Fresh, Aug 24, 2012.

  1. Well blades, yesterday i got a speeding ticket for going 65 in a 55.

But, I was pulled over in a 65 mph zone. It wasn't the situation where i passed a cop and then he pursuited me. i was going one way, he was going the other and turned around. It was a 4 lane highway seperated by a wide grassy ditch area, with the southbound lanes (me) higher up than the northbound lanes (him). He said he clocked me when i was still in the 55, but i call bullshit.

I'll drive down that highway again today to see where the 65 zone starts, bc ill be honest, im not sure if i was in it or not. But, i do know i was pulled over in the 65, so it had to have been close, and also tough to judge at his angle.

Just something to note, there are several mistakes on the citation that i might be able to use to my advantage:
My Last name is spelled wrong
    My zip code is wrong
    My height is wrong
    My weight is wrong
    The date is wrong
And the year of my car is wrong

I won't fight the ticket with erroneous information being my only argument, but ill use it as fuel.

  2. How did the cop know how fast you were going if you were going opposite ways? Sounds like you have a pretty good chance to beat it.

  3. sounds like you're the victim of a speed trap.

  4. This plus if all of that info is wrong you should easily be able to beat it

Yo OP.. is it you vs the state? If so, read this carefully.

When the judge calls your name and asked how do you plea, this is how you respond. AND DO NOT CHANGE YOUR ANSWER EVER "I do not plea to courts of contract" The courts operate under contracts. And aslong as you dont plea or directly identify yourself as the name in question then you do not accept their contract meaning they have no jurisdiction over you.

They will try to intimidate you and make you wait until everyone else has gone. But when asked to plea, say 'I do not plea to courts of contract' when they ask if you are "Your name here" tell them a name is a noun, a noun is a thing and you are a person. You are your own representative so thats your roll in the court. Representative. And be careful because they will try to get you to sign a paper or trick you into agreeing to their contract even tho they will never mention the word. Its the way You vs The State cases work. Its all contract based and if you do not accept the contract then their is no case.

Research it more if you really want to try this route. Its my plan for the next time I end up in a court room for another dumb marijuana posession charge. You are a Sovereign Man. Not Citizen. A Sovereign citizen is an oxymoron. Obviously you ARE a citizen but you dont admit that in court. There are no papers of you agreeing or to the laws which they operate meaning they dont have any contractual ruling over you. You were created by god and are sovereign in your mind body and spirit.

I dont believe in god but you live in a country under god so go with the flow for the courts.

That may sound good on paper to you, but having a criminal justice degree, I'll tell you right now it won't work.

    To the OP:

Yes fight it. If there's that much information on the ticket wrong, you'll get it tossed out. Good luck.

    Pics or it didnt happen.

Upload a pic of your criminal justice degree with a sticky note that says Hey GC because there's plent of videos on youtube where it works. Might want to go back to school there buddy.

Learn your rights. Criminal Justice degree doesnt make you a lawyer.

  8. With that many mistakes on the ticket, you can argue that the cop doesn't have the training to use the radar properly while standing still, let alone driving in the opposite direction. Seriously, I think you have a good chance of having the ticket thrown out.

How the fuck does one make so many mistakes? I mean you're looking at a persons DL with all the info in front of you

Technically OP never received a ticket.
Somebody with a similar name, similar car, similar address, & similar build received a ticket.

I guess this police officer didn't pay attention during his Criminal Justice Degree program...

Criminal Justice degree has nothing to do with the court systems.
This guy went to school to be a police officer not a lawyer.
Did you take the BAR with that Criminal Justice degree?
    didn't think so...

    I would follow Flemian's advice.
    It is completely logical argument.
Just remember stand by the argument & don't incriminate yourself.
    Thats how they get you.
Plus it sounds so ridiculous it might actually work.

  10. but if a name is a noun, and a noun is a person, place, or thing... and you are a person.. i dont get it..

Because the court uses your name to identify you as a thing in the court of law. Susceptible to the courts jurisdiction. Meanin your owned by the courts. You dont have to say that a name is a noun and a noun is a thing, say whatever you believe separates you from the identity they ask for.

You are essentially saying that you represent the name but may or may not be the name in question.

Do not be worried if the judge appears clueless. This is your rights as a free man and they will do what it takes to make you doubt yourself.

and here is a person explaining their experiance with it.

If I knew this shit last year I probably wouldnt be on ACOD.

Now this guy is from Brooklynn and he takes some focus to understand what he is saying but its all legit and logical.

    [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SG4joj3yA2Y&feature=relmfu[/ame]

This guy has many videos on this subject and to know your rights. Its worth watching.

And incase your Racist and classist, here is rich looking white man:
    [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ex1Me5soPUU[/ame]

  12. If you do this in court please let us know how it went when you get out of jail!

  13. You'll beat it for sure. I beat a possession charge because they spelt my name wrong lol

  14. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nMLyE6CWN8k&feature=related]Appear without entering a plea on a citation - YouTube[/ame] this guy really breaks it down.

  15. Lol, I asked myself the same question.

"I motion to dismiss the case your honor."

    "On what grounds?"

"The witness being half retarded your honor."

I would try this, but I feel like I have a case. I wouldn't want to be held in contempt for a speeding ticket. Idk, the court date isn't for a few weeks so I'll definitely be learning more about this and might try it once I can wrap my head around it. I'm only familiar with bird law, not traffic law.

  16. Held in content? For what? Obeying the laws of the land?? If I was we held in content Id sue the state and walk away a few grand richer.

But I understand why you'd be hesitant to try it on your first court appearance. Watch the videos I posted, you'll feel more confident.

  17. Yes, because Youtube videos are always right

Listen man, you can go ahead and doubt my credentials all you like. Fact is, I have the degree and the experience, unlike you. The second you try this "law of the land" bullshit you'll be locked up for contempt.

It's a fucking speeding ticket, not a case, thus there is no "State v Defendant" status. It's a local traffic citation.

I think YOU need to learn to decipher what information you relay to people is bullshit and what isn't.. because I see far too much bullshit and negativity being spread by you on these forums.

This is where I died laughing. Didnt bother with the rest. Its the internet. Whatever you say is meaningless to me because you're not providing proof.

All of GC know you only like me for my dick, and its always here for you cutie. The only time I see you post is when it follows mine.

I have no need to post personal documents on a marijuana website. There's several people on here who have met me in real life and can vouch for me, except one thing.. I have no reason to prove myself to you.

I'm giving the guy legitimate advice, you are giving him advice that will end up with him locked up.

    Take your bullshit elsewhere.

  20. tell the judge thats not even you on the ticket
    case dismissed
