  1. Wassup fellow stoners and stonnetes just finsihed watching TNA on Spike and Im very pleased starting watching wrestling again like 2 month's ago and im starting to like it again.

I use to watch WWF before they turned into WWE and WCW before they merged that was the golden days NWO,DX,the four Horseman you know what im talkin about .

Any other wresling fans out there and if you an Old wrestling Fan I suggest TNA even better than ECW which is basically WWE now.

  2. i watch raw and i watch smackdown on a regular basis. I like raw the most by far. the announcers on smackdown make me angry at how much they suck. I really enjoy the story lines. however, i dont like where they're going in bringing in the "big guys" (i.e. umaga, the great khali and kozlov). I find it to be really entertaining though fake, and i like the "hair match" they have coming up...i would love to see mcmahon get his head shaved. I think bobby lashley is a beast btw and will beat umaga. I just dont but the whole "i'm a fat angry samoan and i dont know shit but to destroy" thing. But i do like the jacked up black dude lol he doesn't look mean, but boy is he jacked as fuck...

  3. did ya'll see wrestling society x that came on mtv2 for a few episodes. they took it off because it had terrible ratings but the in ring skills were by FAR the best i've seen including wwe and tna.

  4. You should see TNA they got everybody from Konan(WCW) to Bob Bachalon(WWF) I'm tellin you its serious. There was this one match with Sting(WCW) and Christian Cage(WWF) Sting was winning till Scott Stiener(WCW) hit Christian with a steel pipe.

I know it sounds like I'm selling it but it's that good.:hello:

  5. i did see wrestling society x actually. i couldn't help but laugh at the "electrical box" but other than that it was pretty good. It looked kind of amateurish to me, but then again it was more small-time w/the small venue and all. i think they also had zakk wylde at the opener. not too bad though. And i haven't seen TNA. What channel is it on and when?

  6. Its on Spike Thurs(9.00P.M) and Sat at 12.00, I seen the WSX and to me it wasnt that good(no story lines) to ametuerish like you stated. Plus the girls are hot got this one Asian girl and black girl with Big tits theres also this white Brunette with yeah Big Tits:D

  7. wrestling was at the shit when ECW was around, I stopped watchin wrestling imediately after ECW shut down ...since then wrestling has gone down hill.

  8. ECW is still around they just merged with WWE, its WCW that got Shutdown most of there wrestlers went to TNA with a few WWF stars.

  9. truue, but..

ECW today is not the ECW it was back in the days. they simply are using the name ECW (which they bought rights to) cause they're was such a loyal fan base and WWE saw it as an opportunity to draw in fans..not the same wrestlers, owner, commentators, arenas, girls..etc. ECW was founded in 1992 by Tod Gordon in Philadelphia and declared bankruptcy in April 2001 under Heyman but those 9 years were the greatest! ECW was professional wrestlings equivalent to the grunge movement of the 90s. ECW was always intended to be counter-culture and a grittier alternative to multi-million dollar organizations such as WWF and WCW. WWE bought the rights and name to the company after bankruptancy and it hasnt been the same since. Dudes like Taz, Sabu, Raven, Sandman, Cactus Jack, Saturn, Tommy Dreamer, Dudley Boys, Terry Funk.. some legends right there. Barbed Wire matches; Flaming Tables matches; Sinapore Cane matches; Stairway To Hell matches; Three Way dances....THE ECW ARENA!!! ECW is nothing more than a pupet to WWE today...fuck it. Wrestlng was wrestling when it was E-C-W!

my teenage years were in the 90s..so go figure.

  10. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=akfpG8pvhaU

heres some authentic ECW for ya guys... none of that crap you see "ECW" doing today. how could you not like the The Sandman? a dude who smokes cigs and chugs a budweiser before his match.

  11. Actually DX is still around...only 2 members and triple H is currently injured :(

  12. Yeah I see your love for ECW but WWF ruled the 90's...Yeah I occasionally caught a glance at it but never got glued to the tube like WWF made me.Plus they had big names like Stone Cold,The Rock and HHH, I rememebr it was so big girls in my middle school class would be talkin to me about Monday night Raw.

After The Rock Left they lost all there Fan Base including me(plus I was getting into drugs and hoes:D ). But Im telling you TNA is Hot trust me kid Even Kevin Nash is in it.

  13. TNA is what it's all about now. :D I was so excited that ECW was coming back. Watched two episodes and almost cried from disappointment.

  14. They should have let ECW just die... The ECW that is on now is a disgrace to the name. All the do now is use the old ECW guys to put over newer people. But yeah, for the most part wrestling has gone done hill. Its become 70/30. 70 percent storylines, interviews, gimmicks and tna. 30 percent wrestling. I used to be a hardcore wrestling fan, from pretty much the time I was born untill about 4 years ago. The last year or so I watch it sometimes but it just doesn't keep my attention anymore with all the bullshit they have on there. NWA:TNA is alright... When it first came on it was great but now it seems like they are all about the same few people all the time.

  15. Yeah I could definitely never watch wrestling, especially since there is the UFC/PRIDE/K1

Do any of you guys watch that?

  16. I watch UFC and Pride. They also have a newer show on, its called Internation Fight League. Its pretty cool, its team based. There are teams of I think 5 plus a coach. The coaches of the teams are people like Ken Shamrock, Don Frye, Carlos Newton, Renzo Gracie, Randy Couture, Frank Shamrock and a few other big name fighters. You should check that out it comes on I think Mondays at 8 on the WMYO channel or whatever. The old UPN channel.

  17. Wrestling deff isn't what it use to be. Ever since the WWE was forced to change its name from the WWF and bought out WCW and ECW it's gone downhill. I barely watch it considering that now a days it's all about the money. TNA is alright, but all the wrestlers there are sloppy as hell..the only good ones are either past their prime or WWE rejects. And TNA is just trying to be like WWE/ECW, every time i watch there's more and more storylines...

The international Fight league looks pretty sick though because it doesnt look like just another UFC style federation.

  18. Use to be a freak about wrestling when I was younger, but got boring and its all fake really. Alot of fun though I liked Sunday night heat the most. Undertaker kicked ass!

  19. I remember sunday night heat that was when wrestling was in its prime, when they was battling it out with WCW.Everybody in my class were setting up Fantasy matches ie The Rock vs Goldberg or Billy Kidman vs Matt Hardy(swear there were more highflyers in WWF) you get the point.

  20. That's al I watch now. haven't watched wrasslin' in like 4 years. MMA is gonna put all tohse other jokers out of business:devious:
