Looking for some advice on my TLO super soil. Want to know what you thing about my soil ratio. This will be a bloom soil and total cubic ft comes out to 9.3. My question is will the 5% fertilizer supply the 800-1400 ppm soil I'm looking for? My fert. are modeled after Rev TLO 2011 soil recipe but i don't like fert. spikes in my soil. So sould I up my total Fertilizer content in my soil? 55% medium: 72% -coco coir 20% -worm casting 8% -steer manure 40% aeration medium: 60% -rice hulls 27% -pumice 13% -biochar 5% organic fertilizer: -most are the same as Rev TLO 2011 soil recipe Thanks, Yeti
Heya, BM. And welcome to GCO. Here is my question: have you used the Rev's soil recipe/techniques before? I'll be honest with ya, I have read his book True Living Organics and I would not follow any of his advice.... at all. IMO his soil mix is ridiculous. You can make a way better soil with half the number of ingredients.
