The guy was seen jerking off over the local boys at a school yard or got caught stealing in a Jiffy Lu. You can never really tell from these third world countries which is so great about them. Either way this video has some awesome awe inspiring special effects with high definition for your entertainment value just like in the movies. Personally? I give it 5 stars for not using a green screen.

It's fucked up how some people can be so BARBARIC over someone's sexual orientation, or even simply stealing; it's almost like they're not fully human, just animals with hands.
