Tips for hair follicle test in 3 months

    I was offered a great job that I had to decline because I knew I could not pass the hair follice test. I am hoping the position will still be open come July when I will be 90 days clean and can reapply.
    I am an occasional smoker, usually on weekends. I stopped smoking on 4/16.

    Im wondering if I should allow my hair to grow out for the next 3 months and then cut it before I do the test (I plan on paying out of pocket to do a hair follicle test before I do one for the job) Im also wondering where is the best place to have them cut from my head?

    Any other tips would be greatly appreciated. Im trying to stay away from any harsh chemicals and do everything naturally.

    Also, should i pass a test as an occasional smoker after 90 days? I plan on testing myself at 97 days clean and with the job i would test after 100 days clean

    Here's what I did. I smoked daily. 3 times a day for 2 years. I had 2 months before I had to take the test. I cut my hair the day I found out. Also quit smoking that day. After a month went by I cut it all off again. Then let it grow out until the test. I passed it perfectly.
