Tips for good health

  1. Tips for good Health are:
    Drink more and more water you can.
    Eat food at time.
    Always take full sleep of 8 10 hours.
    Drink water in morning when wake up.
    Go for morning walk.
    Do exercise daily and Yoga at least 5 days a week.
    Sleep early in night .
     
  2. Nice tips about getting a healthy body with staying free from many diseases. I also want to share something here that try to avoid more bad habits such as more smoking and drinking alcohol. These habit directly damage human nervous system.
     
  3. I think everybody would do this if they had time... but after a full day of work I'm not thinking about yoga but that lovely joint waiting for me at home. And then the lovely food in my fridge.

    This is like the ppl that do those 5 Day Diet plans; "I ate bananas for 5 Days straight and lost 10 pounds!" No shit, you ate only fruit and lost weight?! FUCKING HOUDINI?!
