Use 99% if possible, and 91% if you can't find the 99% at your local drug store. I have no trouble cleaning my rubber components with 100% pure ethyl alcohol (avail. E-Bay and Amazon)
Denatured is 100% alcohol with no water to dilute it's solvent ability. Both ISO and denatured are toxic so it doesn't really matter which poison you clean with just be sure and wash things well with hot soapy water afterwards. Denatured Alcohol can be found in the paint dept of all major box stores like HD and lowes. . I keep a gallon on hand for all my cleaning needs involving cannabis resin. BNW

Aside from what was said, I suggest also looking up on youtube (for example) cleaning tips that are specific to that vaporizer. Some vapes get cleaned a bit differently than others.
