Tinctures Help Fast Please

    Okay, so I'm looking to pick up something new, I've had edibles, hash, wax, BHO, and of course bud. Im looking to venture into the Tincture game but I don't want to buy something without being educated at least. Okay so I have a few questions:

    1) Is Rick Simpson oil the best out there?
    2) What is a Glycerine Tincture?
    3) Are Glycerine Tinctures better than Simpson oil?
    4) Would I have to add anything to the Simpson oil or could I ingest it straight?

    Basically what is going to get me the best bang for my buck? I'm not worried about anything being too powerful or anything like that.
