Times to plant outdoors?

    hi im new to growing outdoors and im not sure on the times you can start planting ive heard that November is the best and also that April/may i would appreciate and advice

    I've never grown before but I read it's after the last frost...so spring

    I am in nor cal. I put out on 4/20. It's always a great day. I get my clones in January an veg them inside till I can put them out
