so i was wondering i live in seattle and its getting warmish and sunnier so i was thinking it is time does anyone know?
Its not time to plant yet. Your plant could go into flowering right away because of the light schedule. I know its tempting to plant early due to the above average weather but you shouldnt do it. You need to wait until late april/early may at the earliest. Right now the sun rises too late and sets too early so the plant would be confused. Ive planted in March (im in california) and the plant went straight into flowering because of the light schedule. The farmers almanac is your best friend for decisions like this.
