    Is there an optimum or so time frame ??
    I usually wait a hour or 1.5 hrs , only been smoking at night time tho .

    It seems like tolerance gets to high if I do it during daytime . mostly smoke bong , occasionally blunts .
    During winter tho I’ll sometimes take breaks if it’s too cold outside … do short t breaks do anything?
