Diesels & Hazes: Manifolds built, mains trimmed up and set to go vertical, 12:12 in 7-10 days ... ... Under these ... ... As soon as these cindys finish flush
An additional piece of info. For a canopy that looks like this: I’m getting penetration like this: I lose 30-70 PPFD per canopy inch. At ~70% intensity, i lose about 15-35 PPFD per clear inch of distance from light [at higher intensity i lose more per clear inch; at lower intensity i lose less per clear inch].
These are at 2 weeks above ground with the 2 smaller ones 3 days behind under a 315cmh running at 245w. This is one of those pics where people ask 'What's with the bags and the bands around the bottom?', What light is that?, Why are the 2 middle ones different than the bigger ones? What's that tube hanging down? etc. Haa! Bigger ones are NHS regular from Mr. Nice, hoping for 4 girls but 3 is fine too. Smaller ones are fem Blueberry from seedsman, tube is from sugar and yeast Co2 generator, I've been using the bags for 2.5 years successfully. Bands on bottom are for support. Taa Daa! Haa! Ready for flower time in another week or 2.
Re: ...you should get a bucket and make some ale in there, rack it to carboy at 12:12....two birds, one stone
That 3k is full spectrum shouldnt really need it but some like to add tho Sent from my SM-J727P using Tapatalk
Harvesting my cindys this weekend, will be starting my first full flowering cycle under the 48sams later this coming week. Gonna be attempting an extreme lighting grow @ ~65 DLI, w CO2. Will be adding a uva-b light (to increase trichs) and a far red initiator (to enable 13.5:10.5 lightson:lightsoff), and a few hlg qb-35s (to boost photosynthesis via emerson effect). More details after i get tent set up. Here’s spectrum of qb-35s: Too difficult to get all 18 diodes to show up correctly from single camera angle, so showing half strip diode config (same config on both halves). Pic taken through led sunglass lens to dim exposure. yellowish are 3 red diodes, pink are 4 deep red diodes, circles show 2 far red diodes. If you get this light, be very careful about putting ANY pressure on socket that connects to driver cord - extremely delicate!!!
This is pretty much my ultimate experiment and setup. Statistically speaking, you should crush it, but I’m sure it will take some dialing in. I’ll definitely be watching this one, as those qb35’s may be in my near future. I’m building two more 4 qb120 lights right this minute
