Tilting a percolated bong sideways

    hey Blades, noob question.

    I'm gonna get a water pipe but I wanna be able to tilt it at an angle (so the bowl is flat up), is it possible to do with percs in it? I wouldn't think so. It's not a problem if I can't, but it'd be nice cuz the bowl will be at an angle if not...

    probably would get a better filtration if you didnt tilt it, but ive tilted my perc'd bong and never had any problems with it!
