Tight bud…

Discussion in 'Growing Marijuana Outdoors' started by Enzo$&@123, Oct 23, 2023.

  1. Getting a good size bud but it’s not dense at all. Is there a way to tighten em up next year. Or is that nothing to worry about ?

  4. This has always been a struggle for me as well, but I will say, "Not necessarily."

With proper watering, nutrients, pest control (among other things,) and most importantly, placing your plants in the portion of your property that gets the most sunlight should get you some pretty dense and tight buds. Although I'm not entirely happy with my last grow, it is much better than anything I've done and just hope to continue to get better and learn more each year.

    Peace :)

Sun starts to move an inch towards fall and I loose my light to the tip of my neighbors roof !
    All good info
    Thanks

  7. Its often down to genetics(some strains give you rock soil buds) and the skill set of the grower, I don't grow outdoors, but giving the plants the wrong amount of food and watering at the wrong time can make a massive difference to the bud quality.
Quality of the compost can make a difference to the health of the plant in turn effecting the quality of the buds and the crop size
