Tie down during flower?

    It seems a lot of my plants inside growth isnt growing hairs like the tops and the outsides, so i tied down the branches to let the inside get some light, is this a good idea? because i heard it will create more bud sites:smoke:

    Light penetration to lower branches is always good.

    use ropes and bend tops to bottom just watch out that u dont brake plant ofc
