Youre trippin because youre high i think. One time i was super high and felt this lump in my throat movimg it was fucking weird. Like a face hugger got me. But i know it was nothing
You was probably inhaling the pipe too hard while trying to light it, so i the gas or flame of the lighter might have burned your throat
