idk.. all i know is that if I were going to get a tattoo I wouldn't settle for anyone other than the best in the business at tattooing their respective themes/techniques.. I sure as hell wouldn't get an "illegal" tattoo whatever that means. I'm assuming done in someones apartment.
Maybe OP needs to review the forum guidelines...outright disrespect for other members is not tolerated here... You say you're asking for advice...how is someone suggesting that you go to a professional tattoo artist not advice?
