Thoughts on reflectoriezed HPS bulbs?

    I actually ordered that the other day. Looks like a compelling product!

    Let me know how it works out, I think it's ingenious. I'd love to take my reflector off since I don't have a cool tube/cooled hood

    I have a cool tube HPS 400, but still think that bulb would help..the reflector part would be more localized.

    Seems pretty interesting. I could see it being a good choice for cool tube users, if it actually gives good light spread and has the output that it claims to have. If not air cooling I think an adjust a wing reflector would still be your best option.

    The HTG lamp looks like a relabeled Gavita. If you guys search for Gavita, you should be able to find more info. These lamps have been around for a while.
