Thoughts on leaf striping

    Hello, was just curious as to what your thoughts on leaf striping was personally I pop a few leaves off that are covering lower tops to give them more light during veg but I see some people pull 80%of their leaves off personally I think this would cause to much stress and slow growth what is your opinion

    I defoliate all the time. Stress is not an issue in veg.

    Thanks for the reply I think I will try a heavier leaf strip than I usually do

    I just tried stripping leaves for the first time I’ll let you know how it goes [​IMG]

    So this plant did not show any noticeable bad side effects. The remaining leafs are still reaching for the sky and they don’t seem like they skipped a beat.
