I rode my bike off campus after class today and rolled up to a headshop across the street from campus. I picked up 2 packs of Juicy Jay's flavored papers. I bought watermelon and blueberry. I also bought 2 packs of The Notorious B.I.G. blunt wraps; Big Poppa and Hypnotize flavors. What are some people's opinions and experiences with these? I'm really looking forward to smoking joints with these papers. The blunts should be pretty great, too. I'll post my thoughts on them after I use them, but I would just like to get an idea of what other people think of them
Thoroughly enjoy juicy jays although i do keep og zig zags around cuz sometimes you just have to. One thing to caution you on is the gummies on them are a little weak since the adhesive is sugar based so don't get intimate with it lightly moisten it (it'll taste amazing when you lick it so be careful not to just eat the paper.) good choice on flavors I'd also recommend banana and blackberry brandy. the weaker adhesive can also make them a little more difficult to hand roll with so if you're not as experienced a rolling machine costs like 2.50 at most smokeshops or tobbacco shops and they're pretty easy to pick up on plus it's another variation on your smoking. It's alway nice to have little differences when things get monotonous, that's why i like to have a variety of glass, papers, and wraps. Good luck with those juicy jays.
thanks a lot, I do have a roller that I used to use a lot. I am trying to get better at free-handing them, but if I have trouble, I'll just use the roller. I do get sort of tired of always using a bowl or a vape, and I love joints and blunts
I'm personally not a Juicy Jay fan, they seem to burn kinda flaky almost, not keeping the ash in a nice cone but rather it comes off in little pieces all the time. Other than that they don't burn any slower or faster than most papers. Their glue is a little weaker than most but it still works. I haven't used the Notorious B.I.G. so I can't offer my opinion on them. James
I never use either. Juicy papers taste good when you're rolling it, but you cant taste it when you smoke them. Biggie blunts are just another blunt wrap, whch are all garbage IMO
with the papers, i've noticed most are really very similar and your choice doesn't really matter, you can roll a pretty good J with most papers. Now the blunt wraps.....i'd say stay away. Biggie may be on the wrapper but do you think he would smoke 1? I doubt it. Buy cigars, you'll enjoy them much more
Just mind the suggestion on the Juicy Jay package. I'm pretty sure it's still there, and it says something along the lines of "The gum strip is made from all natural sugar so don't lick the shit out of it." If you lick it too much then it's not likely to stick very well. Other than that, I love honey flavor and coconut!
i got the juicy marshmallow flavored.... the flavor isnt there when you smoke it... also the texture of the paper is one im not fond of... it seems like its too soft or smooth or somethin... that could just be preference though... i like tops
I haven't found many papers or blunt wraps that do hold the flavor while it's burning. They hold smell fine, but the flavoring is just a bonus for the dude rolling it.
I like em. I have about seven flavors at the moment. green apple is the only flavor that I can taste through the smoke. its quite subtle but its noticeable. the honey are good too. I've never had a problem with the gum sticking but this is written on the inside of each pack. "FACT: This paper uses a natural, sugar-based glue. to avoid licking it off, moisten gently!
i like juicy jays, im using the vanilla ice juicy jays...not to intense but there is a faint taste of it
