ok i live in pennsylvania what charges would i get if i theoretically got an oz of super dank weed (still less than 30 grams, only 28) sent to my house through customs via the mail from canada, what all charges would that entail, any felonies or crazy shit like that since its only an oz? help a brotha out, cuz i'm curious
I don't think you get any charges if it's picked up in customs. They can't prove that you're responsible. You should just get a little note saying that they have your shit.
Nothing can happen to you as you are not legally responsible for what you recieve in the mail. The authorities have fucked people over by keeping it at the post office and then having to go sign for it, thus it wasnt really through the mail. Theyll just send you a letter saying, "You have been sent a package blah blah blah" Im not sure of the odds of it not getting to you because of it getting detained, but im almost positive you cant be arrested.
