    If the money isnt a problem, then yeah go for it. It is worth 20 dolars. Looks like it was crafted nice. definately worth it. try and jew him down to $10 or $15. Actually, tell him to give it to you for $10 and smoke a bowl with him. I would if i were him.

    edit: Dont have him clean it. Looks like a good amount of resin. Scapre it and make yourself a nice resin ball. People hate on them, but Ive made a nice resin ball that got me high.

    Go to a flea market and buy a bong or bubbler for 20.
    My friend and I went half on a massive bong for 25. It also looks cool as fuck...
