I disagree completely. The only thing this guy did "wrong" is not stand up for himself. But I imaginge that's quite a bit harder to do when a man with a gun and is able to legally restrain you sneaks up on you from behind. God, I hate police. They have the monopoly of force. Think about that for a second. They can MAKE you do what you don't want to do. They have the guns, they have the jails, they have the monopoly of force. It's wrong.
That is complete and utter bullshit!! He had no right to hold that tape. No crime was committed, Its not like it was evidence. I really hope these guys went to the other station to fill out a complaint on this asshole.
Wait so the cop detained the guy who walked in asking to fill out a complaint form.. then some random guy(friend of detainee) comes in and starts acting tough? Can he do that? If i was the copy I probably would of felt threatened and arrested him too. lol
Im guessing the 2nd guy was a law student but he did nothing illegal. You couldnt have arrested him for anything, same with the first guy. That cop is a fuckin pos.
