    So at my drug evaluation today the PO (Probation Officer) told me that 1 joint = 4 cigarettes.

    ...

    In tar contents..yes..in any other sense..no not at all.

    It's true only in terms of tar which doesn't suggest that the tar contents in cigs are different consisting of hundreds of toxic chemicals, many of which are well known to cause cancer therefore obviously more harmful than the tar contents in cannabis. It's all propaganda I've bet you've also never heard that cigs have more than 4,000 chemical compounds.
