  1. Video wouldnt work so i looked it up on youtube, then began a 3 hour ted talk binge :smoking:  Was very interesting to watch, will try it out. I have always had a habit of stretching when i get really anxious because it chills me out but never put 2 and 2 together.
     
  2. I fidget A LOT and talk very fast when I'm anxious.
     
  3. I shake uncontrollably when i'm stressed out i'm so tense. I'll try it though can't hurt
     
  4. Thanks for the share that was very informative! I am going to have to try this before I give my next meeting at work etc..
